Qatar Exchange | Lesha Bank (QFC) | Lesha Bank Completes its acquisition of Special Purpose Company

 

Lesha Bank is pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of an asset through the acquisition of a special purpose company (owner of that asset). The acquisition was carried out through a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank. The transaction was valued at approximately QAR 283 million.This strategic move underscores Lesha Bank’s commitment to strengthening its investment portfolio and expanding its business operations in alignment with its long-term sustainable growth objectives.
